Confidential Waste destruction is always carried out in accordance with regulations.

Waste is collected in polypropylene sacks locked off with a security tie. It is then brought to our secure depot where all waste is unloaded inside the building to prevent any stray pieces of paper blowing away.
It is then loaded into mesh cages and secured inside the main building before being unloaded for shredding (normally within 24 hours of collection)
Waste is deposited into an “in floor” conveyor that takes it directly to the shredder. Once shredded, it is conveyed to a paper baler which produces half ton bales of shredded waste.

Bales are stored securely, awaiting transportation to a paper mill for recycling.

A Certificate of Destruction is issued for a Confidential Waste Destruction in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998
